People cover their faces from teargas as they walk past an armored car of the National Guard in Caracas, Venezuela, Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Driving the latest outrage is a decree by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro to begin the process of rewriting Venezuela's constitution, which was pushed through in 1999 by his predecessor and mentor, the late President Hugo Chavez.
