A leflet which says 'Free Deniz' hangs on the door of the festival hall in Gaggenau, near Karlsruhe, Germany, 02 March 2017. City administration and police of Gaggenau have cancelled a convention organized by Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD) due to security reasons. Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag was announced to hold a speech as part of a campaign to approve a constitutional change in Turkey, on which the Turks are expected to vote in April 2017. The change to a presidential system proposed by the AKP-party dominated government, is intended to give the President of Turkey far reaching powers. Another AKP campaign event addressing Turkish citizens in Cologne scheduled for 05 March 2017 has also been cancelled by local authorities on 02 March 2017.
